Request organisation access

Create your sign-in, confirm your email, then submit your organisation for manual verification. Email confirmation does not approve organisation access.

An administrator verifies that the organisation exists and that you are authorised to represent it, using an independent official source and contact. Editing stays locked until approval. Identity approval is not an independent assessment of visitor information.

Request organisation access
Organisation type
Describe your role and the official contact or authorisation that can confirm it. Do not include passwords or identity document scans.

Documents confirming your mandate

Attach a signed authorisation, appointment letter or an official document naming you as the authorised representative. PDF, JPG or PNG; up to 3 files, 3 MB each. Only you and platform administrators reviewing your request can access these files. Redact unrelated personal information; do not upload identity cards or passports.

Step 2: after confirming your email, sign in to upload these documents and submit your request. Files are not sent with the initial sign-up.

Use at least 12 characters.

Your information can change someone’s experience.

For someone who has stopped visiting unfamiliar places, a clear, honest guide can make a first visit possible again. A missing detail about a loud sound, a queue or a closed quiet room can change that experience just as much. Describe what visitors will actually encounter, including difficulties and uncertainty.

Your organisation takes full responsibility for the accuracy, completeness and currency of the information and images it provides, and for its right to use those images. Name a person who checks the guide and updates it when conditions change. NERUMA provides the platform; it does not turn venue information into an independent assessment.

  • Describe observed conditions and disclose what you do not know.
  • Check the route, photographs, sensory details and available support.
  • Correct errors and update the guide when conditions change.
